Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

• Most items: 5–12 business days after your order ships.
• Items marked "Ships from US": usually 2–7 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be delayed by carriers, weather or holidays.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Some items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, email us at nova78finds@gmail.com and we will help, including a replacement or refund if the package is lost.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.
