30-day returns

We want you to love what you ordered. You have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and makeup items (such as lashes, lip products, sponges, primers and sprays) can only be returned if they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email us at nova78finds@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, or your damage claim is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card company to process it.
